can I play on the street with my paintball gun???

im new to paintball and I was wondering if I could shoot my paintball gun in the street and if the cops saw it would I get in trouble???

Forget what the police will do, practice safely and don't shoot where there is even the remote chance of someone getting hit who is not wearing goggles.

As for the police, a paintball marker while not considered a firearm in the western world and is a firearm in places like Australia, will generally get you in trouble if your not treating it with respect. Don't carry it around in public assembled, don't shoot it in a public area.
