SVP leagues

The leagues are a great success. I wanted to thank those of you out there who are participating.

the next season begins in mid october, if others are interested, two divisions beginer and intermediate.

so what are the 'intermediate' qualifications? and there are no prizes at the end of the league...or the prizes are raffled among the top teams? i didnt quite get that.

Pretty soon all the details will be worked out. You guys will be first to know the new details about the up and coming league. They are still workin some small kinks about, but soon they should be releasing all the details. Just hang tight and wait for it. The leagues this season are awesome, and next season can only get better.

So basically, the two new leagues are starting around mid to late October. It will be $150 for each team to enter. There will be two divisions. Beginner and Intermediate.

Beginner: You haven't really had any tournament experience and are just looking for somewhere to go out with a bunch of other Beginners and have a feel for tournament ball.

Intermediate: You have played tournament ball for less then one year. After that one year, you can not play Intermediate.

Current beginners: This applys to the Beginners already in this current running league. You are not forced to move up to Intermediate unless you win this league in 1st place.

Hopefully that answers alot of your questions...Post up if you have anymore.

So how many nights did the league teams get in this last round? I remember that SVP wasn't sure how many nights they were going to do it.

They play every Sunday evening. The league is still running for a few more weeks. This Sunday will be the 4rd week.

Note: If anyone would like to come out and watch the leagues this Sunday that would be cool. See what there all about and see how there run. They start at 6pm every Sunday.

Tonight was awesome...As a ref, I saw alot of good playing. It's cool to see the beginners getting better as each week goes by.
