EGO Frame on Mech Cocker?

I'm making my self a pump gun. I got a stock 04 vert feed cocker and am sending it into JCM to get halfblocked. I also found a 05 ego frame that I wanted to put on it. It will be a straight pump gun so electronics involved, but I am weary about this frame not going to work because it was designed for an electronic gun. I have asked be fore with some people saying yes and others telling me no. I would have it drille dfor the woles to match up so that wouldn't be a problem but I just am not sure.

yea i have one with a 06 dark frame... you need a MQ valve

wait, I'm pretty sure the OP was trying to put this on a mech cocker, ie. no electronics. Yeah I know it's possible to put an mq-valve on a pump but I got the impression he wanted this to be a truly mechanical pump.

It would definitely be possible to make an ego frame into a hinge frame but it would take a little know how.
