uhhh first things first, ultimate didnt make the cut to play cup. only the top 12 teams are playing. ultimate is 15th

Thats not saying much

Atleast they'll do better against lower level teams, it kills me to see a team do horrible at every single event they play. Maybe once paintball starts getting more professional and the player-trade becomes more active, the pro bracket might be a little more even instead of the same faces winning the event over and over and over again.

word. it does get frustrating to the guys. trust me, im around them all of the time. they all are really nice guys. and they have potential for giving some open teams a run for their money. and im not saying this as a fanboy...ultimate is the most honest team in the nxl. and that quite possibly is their downfall. who knows.

they have been getting better. but its hard to practice nxl worthy teams in the southeast. only raiders and trauma...and they scrimmed both of them this summer. ultimate has been improving, and their losses have not been by much...dont mention the rl loss haha.

but really, its hard for these guys with less professional experiance to play against teams that have been playing together for 10years.

Yea believe me, I know its difficult finding teams in the southeast. There isn't a single team within 2-3 hours of me above D3 with the exception of the raiders (I play at the same field as them). I had to start my own team and we're starting at the lowest division and working our way up

ya gotta start somewhere.

and you play where raiders are. thats a good start. do you know any of the guys? ever go down and watch em play? you would realize how much you learn just going down there and hanging out with them. its awkward the first few times, then the guys start to like you being around. just go and take some pictures of them practicing for an event...but make sure to ask first

you really will learn alot just WATCHING them playing. and then realizing what you need to do to play better...

Nope, I havn't even talked to em yet. We just started playing at their field. However there is a team there that does exactly what you're talking about, and we're going to be practicing with them this weekend. I'm also going to try and get a copy of dynasty dysected and have the guys sit down and watch it. I'll send it to Ultimate when we're done with it

but yeah, talk to doc. after hearing about how much ultimate enjoyed the raiders scrim, im sure doc would LOVE having you down there around the team. just dont get in their way

and youll be fine...or youll run the risk of being thrown into a trashcan or left at publix during lunch in the pouring rain (personal accounts) haha

No, they aren't I spoke with Joni and he said the pro level team is done for this year. Ultimate Kidz will be playing d2
