well....if it's already top-cocking then obviously you don't need to mill a slot. And pilot bodies (that what you have if I remember from your thread) are all top-cocking, old and new.

I'm saying don't worry about the top cocking slot, you have it easier than I did. I did a Spyder Xtra, which was rear cocking, so I had to mill one.

If you're using a delrin bolt that doesn't have o-rings anyways yeah, you can do that. And if it does have o-rings you shoud taper down the insides of the tube, round off the sharp edges so they don't get cut up. Just always be cautious and know where your air pasages are whenever you do any milling.

What do you mean air passage ways? And my bolt is plastic with some orings.

you have owned and shot a paintball gun before right? Air passages. The first part of the lower and upper tube, inside the frontblock, the reg.... they all have air passages that you can't puncture or mill into.

sand the inside of the wave ------ take a small strip of sandpaper. but the body in a vice, and use a shoe-polish method to sand it with the strip
