That's right...a half track mini bike!!(pictures)

I got bored and made a track similar to an old half track truck from the world wars.

click on the links to see the pics:

[img=http://img38.picoodle.com/img/img38/9/8/8/t_IMG0231m_754728d.jpg]

I had a video of me riding it but picoodle won't let me upload it.

try using youtube.

that looks like it would ride over anything. not that a minibike like that wouldn't ride over everything in the first place. lol

why cant you just use a normal photo uploading site instead of some gay sounding one that wont let you upload vids?

Thank you for having the knowledge of keeping tracks on a wheel hahaha. My friend tried something similar, but didn't realize you need the tabs on the side and it went all messed up. Did you make that frame bigger or is it just a big frame?

thx. How would you steer one of those things?
I also just made a ski for the front of the minibike so I can ride it around during the winter. Here's some pics:

Pedals. Push left pedal down, the whole thing arcs right. You can see how it arc's in some of the pictures. The cool thing about it, is it can go as fast as an up to par motorocycle, and have more control :o

I think this and what you made would be hella fun, though.

the ski looks a little short. Too bad winter is still a long ways off.

about 35 mph with wheels and 25 mph with track but track gives more grip in snow by creating more surface area. and it has a 3.5 horse motor.

there's a reason snowmobiles work so well. The flat track.
you'll just get stuck in the snow.

that is probably the most ghetto thing I've ever saw. for originality. Although it looks as it would probably just fall into the snow. I would laugh my *** off if I ever saw a kid riding one of those around during the winter in like a park or somethin.
