I use to live ~ 45min from school. After doing that for 2 yrs I purchased a house that is now ~ 5 min from school.
I also use to play hockey 3-4 times a week. It was a 45 min drive also.

We have a van that we've owned for 3 or 4 years I think, and it has 165,000 miles, and although it's kind of off topic to bring it into the subject, it hasn't had any problems at all other then gerenal maitenance(tires, oil, balance, etc.)

You know, after reviewing the accuracy test again, (and again, and again,) it really seems to me that the Rec Sport performed better than the X Ball Gold in most of the tests. The Marbs prolly performed the best, but next came the $32 a case Rec Sport. Watcha think?

I'm so far impressed with my longbow using the .685 barrel back. I haven't used the .690 much. I have a .687 back coming to me in the mail from Sakworldpaintball.com
When I used the .690 barrel I had a couple broken paintballs in my hopper. While I was shooting the balls started going EVERYWHERE, but I was still able to get the last guy out (I dumped a whole lot of paint on him).
As for the .685 barrel, I know I have broken a ball in there before--maybe it was b/c the bore was too small or the paint was dimpled/bad. For just a few shots (like 5) the balls would kinda shoot squirrely but relatively straight. Then after that it kept shooting perfect
underboring FTW!
My question for you now Mann is...would you recommend me picking up a 12" or 16" barrel tip for longbow?
If I could get my hands on a year 2000 scepter kit--that'd be awesome.
I'm very excited to try the .687 back--i think it will be the one that is most used.

the 2007 scepter kit isn't THAT great for shooting through breaks though...
where can we get this 2000 kit???!
by the way I only use cheap paint...like Core premium or Rec Sport. They all shoot well enough for me I think. I've never shot marbalizer though...for my piggy bank's sake I hope I don't get addicted to that.
In fact, I just bought a $25 case of 2000 rounds of Scorched Paint (the guy said it was a year old and from Europe?) haha...we'll see how that shoots. What I want is $20 cases of paint!
Lucky for me I live in Oregon so I don't have to pay tax.

Lapco has always made quality barrels in my opinion. It's a shame the kit offers such a small range of bores for such a lofty price. More bores and better pricing; i'd buy it without a doubt.

meh.. I had 2, but sold them for barrels for the test. They are not great past 20 ft imo. Defiently not like regular barrels/markers.

You want something that's real accurate, pick up a cocker, you could get a good mech 2k-2k4 for around $150 easily, arguably the MOST accurate marker in the world. I've seen and used them first hand, true beasts. If your friend wants the T9 cause he thinks it's really accurate though, I'd advise against an autococker, it's an advanced player's marker.

rofll....no more accurate than any other guns.. its just the perception that it is because you HAVE to paint to bore match with cockers....
