To register for events you need to go to ncpapaintball.com and check the events section. To participate in HS/College events, you need to create a roster through the APPA (
http://paintball-players.org). To do this, you should get your teammates (who all need to be students at the same high school) to register for APPA.
Events will start being listed on APPA in the fall, so just check these forums and ncpapaintball.com for future event listings.
As far as going to college on a paintball scholarship, check the sticky entitled "free money". JT is giving away $5000 in college scholarships to worthy candidates.
At this point in time, colleges do not give out individual scholarships. However, some schools give teams big budgets to operate on, which is almost like a scholarship in a way.
