1. ONLY Aluminum can be anodized and only certain types of Aluminum.
6061 is ideal. 2011, 2024, 7075 will not look like 6061 when finished. No Brass No Stainless. Common odd allow parts, Kapp Drop fwd Hex rails, some Cocker ASA's, Shocker caps.
I don't understand what these numbers mean. Im assuming they have something to do with grade? The higher the stronger maybe? How do I find out what "number" aluminum my marker is made out of, and are there different methods of anodizing that work better with different "number" aluminums or are some aluminums just better for anodizing period?
