The 3rd event of the 2007 Midwest Paintball Series is scheduled for July 21/22, 2007 at High Performance Paintball in Harrisonville, MO. Below are the official details of this event. As you will see, the entry fee for Level 2 and Level 3 has increased slightly so that those levels could receive a much more impressive prize package. If you are wanting to play in event #3, then you have only 7 DAYS to get your registrations in before the entry goes to regular price. (Discounted Entry ends July 14th). To register for this event, here are the steps you must take:
Step #1) Have each of your teammates fill out a 2007 MPSID form (found at

- Level 1 (L1) - 5Man Open Class *
- Level 2 (L2) - 5Man Rookie *
- Level 3 (L3) - 3Man Beginner **
- Level 4 (L4) - 3Man Newbie ***
*Levels 2 and 1 = Ramping TBD w/ 15BPS Cap
**Levels 3 and 4 = Semi Only w/ 15BPS Cap
***Level 4 Restrictions = 1) Mechanical Marker and any hopper or 2) Gravity Fed Hopper with any marker (Either the marker or the hopper can have a battery but not both)

Player Classifications/Restrictions:
- Definition of a "Returning Player" = A returning player is someone who has played in two or more MPS events in 2006
- Definition of a "New Player" = A new player is someone who has played in one or no MPS events in 2006
- Definition of a "Year of Tourney Experience" = Playing 2 tournaments or more in a season
- The Series Promotor has the ultimate decision on what Level a player qualifies for depending on that players situation. Email

Level 1 - 5Man Open Class
- Open to anyone
Level 2 - 5Man Rookie
- Returning Players: If you placed FIRST in two or more D2 MPS events in 2006, you must bump up to Level 1
- Returning Players: If you played in three or more D2 MPS events in 2006 and you did not place in the top 6, you can bump down to Level 3
- New Players: Player can not have EVER played NPPL/PSP Division 2 or higher
- New Players: Player can not have played NPPL/PSP Division 3 in the 2006 Season
- Clarification = NPPL/PSP Division 4 and Young Guns Players can play MPS Level 2
Level 3 - 3Man Beginner
- Returning Players: If you placed FIRST in two or more D3 MPS events in 2006, you must bump up to Level 2
- Returning Players: If you played in three or more D3 events in 2006 and you did not place in the top 6, you can bump down to Level 4
- New Players: No NPPL or PSP experience ever (This Does Not Include Young Guns)
- New Players: No Local Novice or Amateur tournament experience ever
- New Players: No more than 2 years tourney experience (See definition above)
Level 4 - 3Man Newbie
- Returning Players: If you placed FIRST in Division 4 in any MPS event in 2006, you must bump up to Level 3
- New Players: No NPPL or PSP experience ever (This Does Include Young Guns)
- New Players: No Local Novice or Amateur tournament experience ever
- New Players: No more than 1 year tourney experience*
- All Level 4 players must use either 1) Mechanical Marker and any hopper or 2) Gravity Fed Hopper with any marker (Either the marker or the hopper can have a battery but not both)

- Players will fill out a MPID form for their division they are playing
- MPID Numbers will not be issued. The form is for the event promoter's records only.
- Any player who is caught with giving false information on their MPID form will be banned from all MPS events without refunds given and series points taken away
- Once a MPSID form is recieved, that player's profile will be listed on the TEAM DIRECTORY page found on the series website.
- If your profile is already listed on the TEAM DIRECTORY, then you do not need to fill out a 2007 MPSID form.
Series Points:
- 1st Place team = 7 points
- 2nd Place team = 6 points
- 3rd Place team = 5 points
- 4th Place team = 4 points
- 5th Place team = 3 points
- 6th Place team = 2 points
- All other teams who didn't place = 1 point
- Teams who don't play an event = 0 point
- Teams who ref an event = 7 points (Restrictions Apply)
- Lowest Score WILL NOT be dropped like it was in the 2006 Season
- There will be NO MPS Sanctioned events in the 2007 Season
