whoa...what's up with that?

Well I actually had a problem today with Infinity's CS

I called in about sending my Legend in to get the wiring harness replaced because i accidentally broke off the battery harness wire while putting in a duracell battery(never gonna use them again...they are bigger than energizers) and I wanted to get my solenoid wire replaced also because it broke somehow. So then he tells me it will cost $40 for a new wiring harness...I'm sorry but that's REALLY hard to believe that a wiring harness costs $40...

I'm just gonna go out and buy a saudering iron now and fix the wires myself...

The $40 could be for alot of things when you think about it. $10 for replacement parts, $20 for service, and $10 for return shipping, but that's just if you're grabbing for straws, I would never expect the bill to be that large.

Infinity Customer Service

First off we do not charge for any manufacture mistakes or quality issues.
We do have to charge to replaced parts damaged by the user.

We know that our solenoid wires have had issues and we warranty these with not problem.

If your wiring harness is broken at the battery connection, we have to charge to replace the harness because this is caused by user error.

I'm glad to hear the user in the above case was able to fix the harness on his own.

If anyone else has an issue I can help with, please contact me anytime.

Glenn
