No consistancy

My mini was working great. Then one day the velocity over the chrono started jumping around +/-20 and all accuracy went out the window. I have good paint, changed the battery, lubed it, lowered the operating pressure to one mark below 200, and raised the dwell to 31. Also tried three different barrels.

i have the same problem as you. i have tried to raise the dwell to 35 and keept my operation pressure at 200. still didnt help much with consistancy but it did allow me to shoot over 220fps.

Try the dwell at 28 and the pressure at 200. Thats what I'm running and I'm getting +/-2.

Any other suggestions? It is shooting almost like I had a barrel break and the paint is flying all over the place.

are you making sure the paint is a good bore match? try putting dwell to 28-36...

ive also heard that when the velocty adjuster is close to flush, if not flush with the back cap, and then actually tuning your velocity with the reg pressure helps...because the poppit has less tension or something...
try that i guess..

Its good quality paint and the bore match isnt perfect, but not enough to do what it is doing.

lube your bolt and poppet. the poppet is more important to lube than the bolt is. This should solve your problem.

Check your battery, lube the bolt and poppit and make sure your bolt tip is still there.
