invert mini not tourny gun?

I was told that an invert mini wasn't a tourny gun and was but a backup.
If true i intend on buying a tournament legal marker.

so if it isn't a tournament gun, then that would mean there are no teams playing major tournaments with them, let alone playing semi-pro NPPL with them

I saw some teams using them at NPPL. I believe it was 2 semi-pro teams.

BTW the mini is tourney legal with stock board because you have to open up the grip frame to change modes.

If i remember right, Texas Storm, Jax Warriors, and XFactor are all using mini's.
I forget which team it was, but my uncle playing in Tampa (semi-pro) against a team that was using mainly mini's.

Sounds like pure opinion to me, to call it anything else is ludicrous.

any marker that's electronic, vertical feed, air powered, and capable of 15+ bps can be called a "tournament marker." It's fine as a main or a backup. I bought mine as a backup for my shocker, but as of late the shocker has become my backup.

as for being "tourney legal", ANY marker whose velocity or settings cannot be adjust without tools, or able to have those features locked, and meets any other specific restrictions in the particular event's rulebook, is tournament legal.

just about every gun every made is a tournament gun. i think that the tippmann c3 might be an exception due to the fact that its run on propane.... correct me if im wrong.

but basically anything that uses compressed air or C02 to fire a paintball through a barrel at 300fps or below is tourney legal based on firing modes and whatever else. you get my point.

woa, that sounds pretty cool. How does it not catch the balls on fire lol.

Anyways, someone at the field tried to tell me that the psp on the mini isnt legal because it shoots too much once you quit pulling the trigger. He says that 2 balls is all thats allowed but that would mean that you have to shoot 7.5 bps to keep it ramping and I thought that 4 was all that you had to do which would mean 3.75 balls can fire after you stop pulling the trigger.

I didnt believe him, hes a 14 year old know it all with rich parents that pay for everthing (although he is good), he was smart and clueless at the same time. He tried telling me all kinds of false info on the mini. The only reason I ask is because he plays psp.
