I'd probably take my Dad's car, drive it to a liquor store, trade the car for all the booze I could need for the next ten years, and be so drunk the whole by the time that ten years was over I wouldn't have enough left of my brain to even remember more than 10 seconds ago.

step-by-step (not that crap show)
1) Beat guy from Gold's Gym with baseball bat until pulpy
2) Kick dad in ballsack
3) Take cell phone, an assload of cash, and take the nicest car your parents have.
4) Remove car from garage
5) Make sure that Gold's Gym guy is the only one left in the house, and soak the house in gasoline
6) Detonate house via Estes model rocket motor (I suppose a D size or larger would work best)
7) Get in car and drive to ummm...Minnesota doing about 120 unless you're in a school zone
8) Viva Gorditas!

It depends on the situation, if he wasn't getting raped, I would grab my M7 Bayonet, castrate the gym guy, put hit dick in his mouth as a gag, stab him multiple times, give him a Cross cut and then cut my dad's stomach out until I could take out the entrails and spread it around the halls, I would 'deck the halls' will balls of men, fa la la la la, la la la la, then I would go and slit their throats, (tune), stab their face in, maul thier hearts in, fa la la la LA, la la la la. Or something, I hope you guys can get the tune matched, it might work, anyhow, that's dumb ****.
