Well, start with the stock settings on the board, and work your way from there.
There are no universal, "perfect" settings. You trigger set-up determines how you set related settings, and the way your gun is operating (upgrades/use/paint/weather/etc.) would affect how you would work with those related settings.
Dwell (very important), search for how to set it.
Anti bolt-stick, depends on gun.
Ramp/Mode, depends on where/how you play.
You see, each gun in the Russian Legion arsenal is set-up differently, and so one set of settings wouldn't work optimally for all.
