does anyone know the voltage output of the Predator board compaired to the WAS board? i've been EMAILING AND EMAILING TAG sports but they've never gotten back to me....

whenever i use the pred board it's underpowring the solinoid as the noid lacks the power to keep the poppet open for the specified dwell time. this is REALLY pissing me off.... anyone know of a way to remedy this? the only way for the gun to fully cycle again is for the dwell to be raised up to 13-15 and i struggle to get the FPS past 250. AND I KNOW IT'S THE BOARD CUZ WHEN I DROP IN THE WAS BOARD IT RUNS FINE!

any suggestions?

have you tried a new battery? If so, have you tried dropping all regs to zero and reseting the board? then briing it up. There is the possibilty that youre over pressurixing the solenoid, so that the mechanics are hindering your velocity, not the electronics.

if thats not the case, call tag. people get beack to you faster iof you speak to them.

i've tried tag, they said they'd get back to me. but i want to get different perspectives.

it can't get thee rags because i did a test where i had my grip fram open wit hthe gun air up. i then proceeded to shoot with the WAS board at dwell 8. it cycled fine. i then swap it out with the pred board and it is unable to cycle at the same dwell. tried battery too. It has to be the board. i seriously think that the noid is underpowered by the pred board though.... i wonder what the output is....

then raise your dwell, jesus christ...

I have mine running at dwell of 12. A dwell of 8 is very low.

i've raised my dwell, lol. i've got it up to 15-18 to get 250. any more than that and my BPS starts to suffer

with a dwell of 12, what's the rest of your settings

HPR, god knows, but if your HPR is too high it will not allow the valve to open fully. Lower the HPR and raise it while shooting at the chrono.

i can probably get 3-5 bps with the pred bord cuz my dwell is sooo high, lol

these sound like my settings . put your lpr to 80 . back your hpr out to where 2-3 of the threads are showin . put your dwell at about oh say 12ms . then try chronoin, of course the hpr is gonna control that . after you get it set, if 12 works, then back it down by 1-2 see if it still works . just dont try 2-3 things at once, put the lpr and dwell on nominal settings, that way 2 out of 3 things are out of the way . could just be your hpr giving ya fits .....

on another note, some boards just like higher dwell times, i had a t-board that was that way .
