Hey if you want to risk it risk it. It was stated before that this is for new folks with little or no tournament experience. D4ish and one 1st place win means he has some tournament experience and might get ejected from the days games.

k if u placed first in a different rookie tournement you shouldnt really play this one be cause you already won a rookie so that kind of puts u higher than a rookie but the rules do say as long as it wasnt at stinger but u think that your just doing this cuz its easy and you are positive you'll win then dont play cuz you'll ruin it for some ppl

I figured as much. I sounds more like a Newbie tourny then a Rookie/Newbie. I'll tell him not to bother. Rookie could be taken so many dif ways. Or maybe it should just be anyone that has not placed in any tourny before, but then you get into "he said she said" cause Stinger can only verify wins @ Stinger or on APPA.
