Tonyfoto v2.0

Have been getting more and more into photography and photoshop since January. I just thought I would share some of my photos I took this past week....

I dont know the name of this type of photography (If it has one) but the idea was to focus on a small object on a bigger object.

Here I was just playing with my shutter speed and a lazer pointer.

And to finish with some nature pics

I tryed to play with the color on photoshop and just noticed the blue around the tree (bugs the hell outta me) but other then that I think its a pretty good pic.

I hope you guys like them and thanks for looking

The first couple can be loosely regarded as either product photography, or possibly abstract WB is way off and the lighting is terrible. There is no need for the watermark. The outside pictures aren't interesting.

You need more even lighting and perhaps even less harsh lighting. Adjust WB manually - read your camera's manual. Pay attention to your backgrounds so they aren't so distracting, ect.

Outside, find something interesting to shoot in the first place. Attempt keeping the horizons level, and pay attention to yoru backgrouds.

I liked the first one. and the wb is off, but that doesnt mean its wrong. its like you used your lack of a correct WB as a photo filter. and I like the sepia-ish tint to it.

The nature is so so and dont take pictures of signs.. 99% of the time its not interesting or photo worthy

He has the most important part down.

He changed up his angles and didnt shoot them from a standing position.

How about instead of doing nothing but cutting down my work, you could give me advise on how to make it better?!?! I understand they're not the best, what do you expect from a noob to photography using a cam bought on sale at wal-mart? "The only way to get better is to fail first, and then try, try again."

just for you im going to rant and put the things that i feel you should work on in bold.. so you can choose to read it all or just the bolt print.

first off the idea of the long shutter speed and lazer light was overused and overdone. all the pictures are just too tightly cropped or just plain boring. the etek pic could have turned out better if it wasnt so tightly cropped .. and maybe at a little bit different angle. although the only positive thing i have to say is they are better than the gay ones you posted before
