Not unless you're trying to break the BPS record.

a q loader is the fastest hoper known to man. the problems are they only hold like 140 balls, and there hard to change. good for woodsball if your trying to get down your profile. bad if your a back man having to change your hopper every 3 seconds

If you need the high BPS capability, and don't mind the 100 rd. capacity, then do it.

I had one and found that:

a) it was a challenge to load, and if not done properly you ruined 100 paintballs

b) mounted nicely, but only changed the profile of the gun when mounted under the barrel

c) is expensive, and I would not recommend it for "noobs"

i believe the balls are spring loaded in the pod so they can enter the breech of the gun faster.

Save yourself time and money, and use that $100 to buy a Vlocity JR. It's much more practical, and shooting 30 bps is an absolute waste of paint.

no its not always teh speed (GTFO SPEEDBALLERS), milsim. milsim. thats how to do it if its not a tippmann (cyclone + taccap) theres a smaller profile aNd it makes it look more legit.

For $100, you should get something better than a Vlocity JR.

It would be more practical for a milsim/woodsballer than a speedballer because of how many paintballs it holds and its harder to change them. If your a milsim/woodsballer then i say go for it .

I guess you could get a Halo B or Reloader B used here on PBN, but you get the point. Or does that mean something else?

You CAN mount it to the feedneck; many speedballers do just for feeding purposes, but it can also use a hose and mount anywhere on the gun.

It isn't that difficult to load it (yes, I do own one.)

I found that it's easier with practice, but I figure any self-labeled "noob" would have some trouble.
