2007 Season
The Indiana Captain’s Council is returning for 2007 with a 7-man format!
There are 2 events scheduled and they are stand-alone events. There is no series so there isn’t a series prize. The 2 events scheduled for 2007 are on April 22nd and June 3rd. Both events will be at Proving Grounds in Sheridan. Entry is $375 and it’s BYOP! There’s a minimum of 4 teams and a maximum of 16. NPPL rules and player classification will be used. (No ramping, semi only.) It’s limited to NPPL Div 1, Div 2 and Div 3 classed teams. The classes will be intermixed so everyone has the possibility of playing each other. 25% of the entry will be used for prizes. 20% will go to 1st place and 5% will go to 2nd place. Registration and payment is open now at http://paintballindiana.com/paypal/icc-pay.htm Registration and payment will close at midnight of the Friday before the event. It will be ref’d by Enemy Kids/Atmosfear, an NPPL D2 team and the reffing squad for the 2006/2007 CTS 5 man series. Gates open at 7 am; captain’s meeting at 8 am and first game is at 8:30 am. The use of the God clock will be dictated by the amount of teams attending.
I will post at http://p069.ezboard.com/findianacapt...cID=1231.topic the registered/paid teams.

Sorry but no. It will be div 1, div 2 and div 3 NPPL classes.
You might try the 3 man league at Paintball Indiana. http://www.paintballindiana.com

Don't know just yet. We only found out about the CTS change less than an hour ago.

The way I am reading this is that there will be no actual division of teams according to d1, d2 or d3. You are just basically saying it's open but pro and semi-pro teams are not allowed. Is this correct?
Thanks for the help.

So how many teams were signed up for the first event before it was canceled?
Just curious, we're looking at coming to get the experience at 7 man. Hard to find any 7 man tourneys in the midwest if you're not playing NPPL.

I had 8-10 that said they were coming, but most weren't going to pay their entry until this week. With the interest we've been getting on this, I wouldn't be surprised if we max out, especially now that we have a bit more time to market it.

Any idea of how everything will be ran as far as prelims and finals. Trying to get an idea of how many games would be played at minimum.
