1. Turn your flash off, it's completely blowing out the subject.
2. get out of that dang auto mode, use it in manual.

Well...they're not good lol. What kind of camera are you using? Turn it to manual (like Drex said) and mess with the settings.
Keep messing with it, learn the effects of shutter speed, ISO, and Aperature and take a look around at some of the work people post in this forum. It's a learning thing just keep trying. I will give you a word of advice that will save your *** in these forums: NEVER post pictures unless you can seriously say to yourself "wow those are good pictures."

well the first one, not only is the flash comepletely ruining anything that could have been good about this pic, but i didnt even know what the hell i was looking at.
and the second one.... flash......
but b4 u post a pic, try to crtique urself first... make a mental list of what is good and what is bad, then try to fix the bad and make the list again... but i cant think of one good thing to list... just keeping shooting and keep learning and keeping an open mind

They're basically garbage.
Think about it this way: When you first started masturbating, it was an awkward thing. You didn't really know how to stroke it, and it was more of an exploration of sorts. You certainly weren't proud of it either and rarely talked about your "newfound funtime" with your friends.
Photography is the same. Don't come back to this forum unless you know how to blow your own load in 10 seconds flat.
