Rain?

I'm going to a motocross event tomorrow and the chances for rain are high. What do I use to keep my camera in working order?

Damn striaght. I shot a whole day of paintball in the rain with a plastic bag over my camera and a starbucks cup to shelter my lens from getting rain on it.

Major hacks.

I have a PnS so zooming in and out wasn't affected.

how do you fit a Coffee cup over your lens? it wouldn't stay on.. even it if did as soon as you turn off the camera the coffee cup would fall off.

Meh...I'll draw a diagram for you. Part of my lense doesn't move. (I have an S3 IS) So the cup was around that part (Blue) and the part that moved (Red) was able to do so without affecting the cup or the shot.

Hope that explains it.
