i'm aware there is one on FO but nobody seems to go there to look at stuff (sorry artson)

Here are the tools ***you will also need a dime***:


RAM

Pull the bolt pin up and slide back out of breach, now twist the ram cap 1/4 turn to the left and remove ram cap, ram, spring:


Lube ram orings (bumper and sealing):


Place ram in cap and lube the 2 outer orings:


Return everything to its place should look like this:

HPR

Unscrew HPR from the Vertical adapter:


get the proper sized allan wrench and loosen the top half of the reg:


Allan wrench,piston in housing,top of reg:


Remove piston from housing and take off shims don't loose any there should be 8:


Lube the 2 orings and replace shims on piston:


Place back in housing:


Screw the top half back on the housing:


LPR & popit

Unscrew the LPR (yes i use a wrench get over it):


Take lpr out and wipe off all lube:


Poppit and LPR:


Remove screw from back of LPR ***sorry for pix and this is where you need the dime to unscrew it***:


Shims,Adjustment screw, and screw mentioned above Lube all orings:


Put back in housing don't forget to put your poppit back in it should go throught the valve:


and you done

use your common sense wipe off old lube and apply fresh lube to all orings for better seal, Dow55 is recomeneded to make a better seal

Never use channel locks on your gun like that. Its a sure fire way to scratch the anno or worse (see pic). You can always get the LPR out by hand. If you cant grip it well enough with bare hands get one of those rubber jar openers and use that!

TO ALL PEOPLE, DO NOT USE PLIERS!!! The lpr should only be hand tight and if you can't get it off with your hand use the allen wrench that you use to adjust your lpr pressure and turn counter clockwise till it gets tight against the c-clip and then it will unscrew the lpr assembly..

fds, try using img tags. I'm tired of clicking pictures just to see what you mean on the description.

To put img tags, click on the links of your pictures. right click the picture, go to properties, and copy the URL. Go back to the thread and paste the URL into the IMG tags. Which is [IMG]URL HERE[/*IMG] (without asterisk), it will be much noob friendly, and better chances of sticky! lol. do it on your other thread to. If your using mozilla firefox, you can just right click the picture and press copy image location, rather than going to properties and copying the URL.

EDIT:
The first picture about the ram, isnt working. You left out the ht on http.

meh, forgot putfile hates hotlinking pics. Next time use www.imageshack.us to upload your picture. They give you a URL already, which is going to be the last link box. So you dont need to right clik blah blah. Sorry, i guess you have to put it back the way it is, because the pictures arent working anymore. Sorry for the bad suggestion, but host them on imageshack if you want to take the extra step.
