It just takes time. You'll eventually develop a tolerance for hits. It varies from person to person.

sooner or later, your tolerance will build up for it, and also, if you get your adrenaline pumping enough, it wont hurt near as bad. good luck

The biggest thing i realize dis how you look at it.... if you look at it as a rock hard high speed gas propelled stinging ball.... it will hurt more, sound sweird but it will, mentally you'll just be expecting terrible pain.... but lok at it more for what it is.... A soft gelatin ball, with wax inside..... thinkig this will help you get over the pain better, and also get your adrenaline up, think about how bad you just want to pwn everyone.

i recently got a waxing(yeah, kinda gay I know, but it was one of those " I bet you wont do it " things) and I would much rather take a paintball than have all my hair ripped out. off on a tangent a little, but as stated previously, Man Up and walk off the field.



The best way is simply dont get shot. It helps to be alive at the end of a game

Poke your gun out before your body (if you're behind a bunker), that way they see that you're obviously out.

do what i do and and sit their and take shots me and my team do it at least once a practice and learn to look if it pops or not dont automatically raise your hand
