Question reg on a mag

does putting a reg on a mag help any or is it just for looks?

'Mags do not require any other reg, save for the one on the tank to adjust output.

The valve design of all 'Mags IS a regulator. Adding another will slow the air stream, resulting in shootdown.

most of the time. What your seeing is actually a gas thru. The mag reg is probably one of the fastest regs out there. So like army said inline regs are not need save for the one on the valve itself.

False... my mag needs a reg. (and a new trigger)

Well, it needs a LPR, and if you gutted the one in the valve, it would need a HPR.

Been asked what kinda shocker that is yet?

What pressure do you starve your Xvalve at? or did you gut it?
