annoying bug.
Appartnly i turn something on that makes all my icons on my desktop have a red backgourd in the text box. its not clear like normal icons

My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Performance Settings > Visual Effects > Make sure "Use Drop Shadows for icon labels on the desktop" is checked.
