Question resizing video

ok you guys helped me out last time so hopefully you can do it again, does anyone know what steps i need to take in order to resize a video (i made a vid and youtube wont allow anything bigger the 100 meg, mines 116) so how do i edit it???

depends on what you using, if you use DivX player DivX encoding will only be 20 megs. VLC Player can export using export wizard in Mpeg4 and Mpeg4 audio which will be around 30megs.

exporting with a smaller aspect ratio will cut down on size, youtube uses 320x240.

check to make sure you arent exporting audio under Linear PCM or Uncompressed Floating Integer. that makes files really big. MP3 or ALaw 2:1 will work fine for audio compression
