Nova 700

Anyone have one of these and give me some insight as to how they are. Their operation seems very fascinating to me and I've got one I could get although I'm not sure they're worth the DM4 in my sig even with the mag the guy is adding. I basically want some feedback on the Nova not from a guy trying to sell me one. Thanks.

Novas are fun guns to play with. They're quiet, they work on compressed or co2, and about the only thing that goes wrong with them is an occational o-ring.
Novas generally sell for around $200 in good condition.

If you're thinking that either of those guns is going to replace your DM4 in terms of weight, firepower, resale, or upgradablility, you're in for a suprise.

Other than that, Nova's are fun little pieces of history.

The nova is an awsome gun as far as unique, but as far as comparing it to a dm4 the dm4 is a much better choice. I love my Nova, but I got it b/c I thought it was cool plus it's pretty much an antique. you can't get anything for them unless you search really really hard or know how to machine your own stuff. I guess you could say a nova is not for the faint of heart. LOL
