Thanks ION, Ill get with John and have something writen up.
On another note, An idea that John came up with today. What would everyone think of a punch card system where we would hand out a punch card on the persons first visit for open play or practice this season. After a specific amount of punches, lets say 3, the next day would be free and a new card would be issued to fill again. Potentially a five man team coming out to practice even for the first time would only pay for 4 guys.
Its up to you guys give us some feedback.

i think that would be a good idea because then you would be getting more teams to go to pratice instead of just 1 or two walk on players together but still if you are the normal walk on player with no team they can still fill it up themselves in time.

I really like the punchcard idea thing. I think that would help get alot of teams t come out more often.

Ya it was already asked, it's like 30-45 min. I will be going there every week when the snow melts, if the guy gets back to me on how much he thinks season passes will be.

The punch card thing is going to be a go. It will most likely be 3 punches and fourth is free, so a five man could come out to practice and only 4 would pay field fee/air/carry on fee. This card would not apply to events, only practice.

Were not going to be doing season passes guys, sorry. Were hoping the punch card deal will make up for it. Maybe next year when we see what attendance will be like.
I was PM'ed a few other questions that I'll reply to here.
:Ramping: If the event is being held on the X-ball field it will be PSP ramping rules, NPPL field will be unlimited semiauto. All COPT will be unlimited semiauto. For practice we hope to have a five man NPPL and the x-ball field up, X-ball=ramping NPPL=no ramping. Allot of that will depend on the teams that are at practice and what they want.
aint Pre-order: If you want to preorder paint for an event or practice at the reduced price, the order must be in by Wendsday of that week.

Will Jungle Cat be interested in doing birthday parties during the week with their new fields? Or are they just for practice/tournaments?

mad-engineer
Mid -Atlantic April 3 thru May 5 provided their post of layout.
Will post other schedules for practice on site. I just got back in town from fun and games with the wife. Will get back to work and get it done the next couple days. Sorry for delay.
Dr Jeckel
We will be open to parties during week and weekends. We have 6 wooded fields, the condom field [which is very similar to air ball], Ghost Town, Hybrid Speeball, Beach Head... If we have published airfields for use, private parties are restricted from them. We intend to focus on the tourney guys more than [I think?? according to pms- fields are not up often for tourney guys exclusively] they are acustomed to- private practices, fields, parking, entrances, exclusive deals... A field owner's bread is buttered by private groups- tournament support appears to be an area of need.
I have been in business longer than almost every field owner, was a passionate player back in the 70s with slingshots, have been in management of major companies outside paintball. Paintball Field Operation profit margins are not very attractive. The easiest way to feed a family and post a profit for investors in our market is to diversify [i.e. BFG, Stinger]. Given this- the owners of paintball fields obviously have a passion for the game, and have my utmost respect and best wishes for success, because we need each other to spur the growth of the sport. So I will fill this need as needed, with respect for my fellow owners.
John
