Macroline - 1/4" Nylon 11 tubing. - Push Connect fittings
Microline - 1/8"- 5/32" Nylon 11 tubing. (5/32" is less common) - push connect fittings
LP Hose - 3/32"-1/8" polyurethane hose. - barbed fittings

Microline is generally made to a working pressure of around 1000psi (2-3x Macroline) due to it's extremely small air volume. AV has some good examples of Microline, and the fittings used. Compare the Microline fittings to Macroline fittings and you'll understand.

You should always be using macroline from your ASA to your reg/foregrip/marker, with the exception of a few specific marker designs. If this is for internal tubing, simply use what was there before you had to replace it.

theres a problem, my dragun TES has a retarded design to its regulator, so if i want to change my regulator i gotta also change my hose-line, ASA, and drop. SO i have to get a new macroline which i don't know which one to get

Macroline if it's from your ASA to your reg.
