Clean your eyes, check the wires for a pinched one, and check the motor

Take this to the hopper forum. Also, does it flash red/green when it stops feeding?

Make sure the battery holder thing isn't pinching the wires.

good advice up top, and yes this does belong in the hopper forum.

make sure that the loader is as far into the feedneck as it can go.

You may have a motor nearing the end of its lifespan.

yep. the eyes are funky like that. Make sure those are checked, and how old is the thing? like stated above, the motor may be dying.

I'm currently using my third halo motor. The first one was defective (almost dead before it arrived), the second one got damaged when my halo took a trip through the sand, and now this is the replacement. Those are symptoms of a dieing motor for sure.

Ok, you want to turn your eye sensitivity down. On your halo board, there is a white circle with a slot for a small flat-head screwdriver. Turn it all the way counter-clockwise. It will not feed. Then, little by little, turn it clockwise until it feeds. Try it every 1/4 turn or so with paint and reassembly. There will be a sweet spot that should have a low sensitivity, yet still feed when there is paint.

Take apart the motor housing, and connect the battery right to the two silver pins, if the starts to spin, then just loosen up the screw on the cone.
