I plan on adding a clamping feedneck, new on/off, new board, and Lurker's bolt when it comes out. It really doesn't need much upgrading unless you want looks. It kick's *** right out of the box. Even the stock trigger is great IMO.

Nox Nv version 1.5 bolt
Humphrey solenoid - the ONLY Shocker nxt that will ever came from the factory with one.
Stianless solenoid manifold (homemade)
I usually use a NoX board with this one, either that or the tadao M7 prototype.
edit- I've received many PMs about the bolt guide so I will mention it here. It's one of hte 03-06 crosshair bolt guides that I milled down for a custom look. People tell me is looks like a tire rim
