Well i had some problems with it sent it in they couldn't get it fixed and here is there reply:

You are baiscally getting an all new Fusion. We are also including
the 25 bps board with it and you will have a new serial number on your
trigger guard. It should accept aftermarket regs without a problem.
Everything has been changes out except the barrel and on/off ASA. The
old one will have to go back to the factory to remove the stripped
screw.

I"m heading out the door to ship it out right now. Both regs are
zeroed so they willneed set once you get the gun back.

i hope they give me the new board, i sent mine in for a new hpr or something because the psi spiked up super high, and its there now, they were super friendly about it. A+++ customer service

Yup. DP has the best customer service... ever.

When I got mine, it kept chopping, they couldnt fix it, so they replaced it. At the time(before the 25bps boards were announced), they told me about it and asked if I wanted it for a little bit of $$$.

It was tight. I couldnt get it at the time though(had some $$$ issues)

Consider yourself the luckiest man in the world. I had more problems with my fusion than you did and basically what I recieved was a slap in the face. I was promised a new fusion and RAPS asa but instead, they sent me back my original gun and basically told me they never had any intention of sending me a RAPS asa because I voiced my opinion on this forum.

Yea there is nothing better. I was having troubles with my reg and I emailed them and got a responce in about 15 minuets.

dont get pissed at him, he was stating what happened to him, also its pbnation's thread.

they handled my claim vary well, quick turnaround date, everything and then some was fixed.

i honestly don't think dp just sent you back your gun as it was. so i lay down the shens card.
