You should also add the fact that you should NOT get locked into shooting out one side all game. I've seen back players lay down 7 pods of paint in the whole game without even glancing on the opposite side of their bunker. Me, personally, I fire out one side if I have a shot (When not laning/sweetspotting) for no more than a few seconds, unless I know someone's moving. If you don't see anything, at least check the other side for a second to make sure nobody's moving up on you.

yeah, back is where it is at. my team plays an aggresive game and believe it or not, the backline is where it all happens. being in the back lets u see it all. it is really easy to mover from back center all the way to the 50 on an x ball field if you are athletic.

ok im just ganna kinda put some imput on a back player because ive been playing back for about 5 years now. im not an avarage back player im about 6ft but im a skinny mf i weigh bout 140 bls but i can yell boss ppl around and keep my players in line and make sure they know wats goin on. some tips on training as well might help in this thread.. 2 on 1s 3 on 1s are a huge help i can not count how many times i have been left alone on a field with one or two more guys still left this exercise will help you so much for those specific ocasions a couple other ones is sweeping the field have your team mates put boxes bottles objects like that on the field behind bunkers on a certain lane run down the field and take the objects out with as little shots as possible.
and last but not least a good thing to have would be is gear choic. a good gun is quick but accurate closed bolt is the best but somtimes not quick enough so b carful pods get alot lol you need alot of ammo to keep your team safe. now if you disagree with any of this im sorry just though id put my opinion in there

o nd one more good practice drill would be snap shooting kind of what the guy up there said dont shoot on one side the hole game snap shooting is just quicly shooting to one side pick 2 bunkers semi close to echother have a teamate go to the other one. now the trick is you can only shoot one ball at a time each time you poke out. this will take awhile but its A++ practice in a game it will help you to keep an eye on the entire field not just one side
