-vietnam(more woodsy type balling)

~TEAM RUSH~
So far this is Team R.U.S.H.'s 2nd year running strong(well close to 2 years). This is the second Team Rush since the first team rush seperated and went off in they're own directions. Our Team consists of 13+ people(numbers are hard to figure with people coming and going)

This roster changes with each passing week so its hard to name anyone else. So far our team has been to 2 major events and countless smaller local tourneys. Each playing season brings new players, sponsors, and events. We plan on expanding our team and going to many more major events around the country

For those of you who are in the dayton ohio area and surrounding areas Team R.U.S.H. is going to start having practices.


The official date has not been thought up, but we figure once we start getting constant 50* weather, Team Rush practices and tryouts will be starting. Remember we are always looking for new team players.

A practice schedual will we posted soon so keep keep an eye out!

Practices are going to be more in depth this year. For the first few practices we have we will be focusing more on the fitness aspect. A workout before every practice will be held. Also for the first few practices we will not be doing drills, we will stick to basic scrimages to get everybody back to the way they were once playing or close to it.

Then once the xball feild is up we will go straight into drills. We will still do fitness and scrimages but its just a little bit easier to do drills on the xball feild.
