haha. they actually just melted those ziploc and gladware containers you know? Then dropping the liquid into molds and putting them in a freezer, then throwing on some real rubber off a Firestone tire.

Thank you machinehead for your awnser. I actually held it today too though. Pictures on the nation don't prove it justice. The frame didn't seem cheap at all, it reminded me nothing of a ion frame. The color contrast between the gun and the frame are nonexestant in when holding the gun and is probably the lighting's fault. Ohhh, and the trigger impressed me too. Contrary to some people, I like it and the pull is very much like a pm6's. I wish I could had shot it, but it impressed me enough just holding it. The pmr is very light btw. Well less than a lot of guns.

i dont want to start a new thread on a pmr question so i'll just ask it here:

Does anybody have the proto magizine from world cup? If you do, on page 20 it shows a black pmr with blue accents, it also has the stock frame on it but has a ul trigger on it. can you put a ul trigger on a stock pmr frame?

u guys really need to stop dissing on Ions, for all you know, those people could kick your ***. Pro's have been known to use Ions (Dynasty, Strange....) and the ones that do still diss proly haven't even shot one, they probably just saw the plastic and said,"piece of ****"

I agree that people should stop ripping on ions and the people that own them. its a paintball gun that works, so people use it.

from someone who has shot a PMR and an Ion side by side: IMO the PMR shoots a lot better and feels better

I dont know why all these little kids are in here fighting..... but i can simply answer your question.... its the lightest Dye/Proto gun ever made.... infact its lighter than shockers and ion's as well.... the only gun that comes close to its weight are new egos. Dont worry.... its lighter than almost any other competitive gun out there.... for the most part.

true.... but the pmr haterz will just say.... "duh, the feedneck and trigger are plastic!"

if this material was released on the 07ego, it would be the thing of the future

You are a disgrace to man kind. Have you weighed it up or are you just throwing it out there to be cool that you know something?

We weighed it up ourselves and it came out to be 31.1 ounces which is 1.943 75 lbs. on a simple calculator. So, there ya go einstein.

i held it at the store and the owner put it on a digital scale. Around 1lb 14/15oz. He said it will most likely be lighter than the mini.

well consedering that the mini is metal and it has all the components in the gripframe i think it will be a tad heavy and alittle unbalanced also.

The Mini is still lighter, 1.99 pounds with reg, 9 volt, and barrel... But wow, what is a few ounces? Rail looks so much better anyways...

Which is a (synthetic IIRC) rubber/plastic.
Heavier than the mini.

Does have proto/dye behind it though, instead of a new company. But invert is just a brand name...
The rail seems nice over all though. $50 less than the mini too!
