Question for jack
Do you make an 06 style bolt for the 05 with the delrin insert instead of the aluminum. If so how much?

Yeah, you can buy one from jack. I'm pretty sure it's ~25, but don't quote me on that.

I need to get a bolt for my '06... For some reason when I got mine back from Jack it came back with the "soft face" bolt.

No, it's tip is concave so it's easier on the paint

Theres the accuracy bolt and the soft on paint bolt. The accuracy bolt has a straight face, the paint one has a concave tip. The easy on paint bolt lessens the sweep effect, but not by much.

I think you mean the regular bolt has a flat face for the bottom half, but has that tip thing on the top half, and the soft face bolt is just like a regular concave face? Or is that what you just said and I'm not getting it?...

Go ahead and quote him, it's the ones for other guns that will be a little more.
If anyone has the concave tip one, that's OK, it's just that they let the ball roll back a little too far on 'some' guns and the the eye doesn't see it and then won't fire unless you shake the gun or touch the bolt. Not great.

Damnit, I said don't quote me!
I saw in my friends interceptor that his bolt was flat faced. My remains has a part of the bolt sticking foward at the top. Thats natural, correct?

Yes, that's how the '06s were shipped, better than the cup - ball further from the white is better

Ok
Just as a side note, I'm shipping my gun out thursday. I've pinpointed the leak, but it's having other various problems that I'd like you guys to take a look at if possible. I'll diagnose everything in a letter with the gun.
