Jack Is Da Man
I sent my gun out on Thursday he got it saturday, I get it back on Friday. This is the fastest trunaround time I have ever had on any marker ive owned. I just thought I post this so that people who are considering buying an alien will knwo that they have excellent customer service. And I'am proud to say that I'am the first one in the state of colorado to own one.

I'm going to concur with the title of this thread. I had a tiny leak that I could not resolve after changing out all o-rings, resealing the air passage set screws near the LPR, etc. I sent the Remains in to Jack and it came back quickly, fixed under warranty, in excellent working order. Jack's honesty and commitment in dealing with customers is first rate.

I found the leak in my gun. It was the barb in the body. I took it out, put sealant on it (not locktite, some other stuff) and it still leaks. So after tryouts this weekend, it goes to jack.

Yeah my remains is having the same leaking problem. A very small leak coming from the barb and I did replace the hose with a new one and still a small leak. And now while trying to fix it I accidently pulled out the black wire from were it connects to the noid. So I sent jack an e-mail to get all the info for send in for the leak and now the broken wire as well. Anyone have any guess on how much that will run me since the wires arn't under warranty? Other than these problems and my eye screw head stripping so far my first 3 weeks with 3 times using the remains has gone very well and it has shot great except for really bad paint. Also should I just get an o-ring to put on the barrel to keep it from coming loose while firing at high rates of fire?
