Second thing- I chopped A LOT, most were barrel breaks, but I chopped 2 times in the breech, it took me like 45 min. to clean it out... could this be because of dwell? all my dip switches are off, #6 is dwell if i believe? and I think #6 off means dwell=8

Yep, sounds like you need some help.
Back plate coming loose?
Might try cleaning the threads before assembly, remove any grease or lubrication, this will help deter it from coming loose. If the problem persists, then try a little blue loctite.
Dwell is not where you should be looking as a solution to combat paint breakage.
Since you have repeatedly experienced the firing assembly coming loose from the body to the point that allowed an air leak.
Then, I would inspect the 022 orings on the outside of the firing package, particularly the (2) rear ones, insure that they provide a good seal and are greased, preferrably with Dow 55. These are important to provide an accurate and consistant pulse of air from the solenoid to the back of the ram.
You should also be looking at your hopper, is it keeping up? If adjustable, what are the speed and torque settings? Battery condition?
Also the back plate has bolt position capability, where is your's set?
Paint quality and bore size?
Pressure settings, have you altered the LPR in anyway.
There's a short list of things you need to ponder and evaluate.
