Black Plastic Pin-Wire thing-a-ma-jig
What are the 6 and 8 pin black plastic things called that hold the wires to the pins on the board? I think I need a new one. My board shuts off, and I'm almost positive that the wires are intact?

I might be wrong but maybe if you just buy another wiring harness that will replace that also other than that I dont know if you can buy one from anywhere besides jack himself

Its the wire-ma-jig!
j/k lol. Whats up Exit.... from my electrical experience from being an EE. The technical term for it is a "6 or 8-Position Female Solder D-Sub Connector". Keep in mind thats from my knowledge wiring up all this ckt. boards and such. Which is easily found at one of your electronic hardware stores. The size however is depending on what they sale or could order you. If you just bring it with you to the store then they will be able to match one if available. As for the prices for them I think they are about $4 buck down here. Hope it helps man!

That does, thanks. I showed my gun to some local radio shacks but they didn't carry them, and did not know what they were called. Now, I can call some other radio shacks and ask about that product by name instead of driving a long way to places that may or may not have what I need.
I did email Jack asking if he would sell me a new wiring harness. Of course, it is a long weekend so I don't expect a response until at least tomorrow.

Same thing happened to me, I ordered a new harness from Jack over three weeks ago.. (yet to receive it..but I'm hopefull it'll get here soon). ***Edit*** Received today..thanks***Edit***
Mine broke/cracked where the battery and trigger switch leads into the black plastic part. It acted like a "short", it would work sometimes and sometimes just turn off.

Sorry, three weeks is too long. Sometimes something gets set aside and then I get back from someplace - or this time I start to train a new tech - and everything gets straightened up and "Where does this belong" Then I start to look for someone to blame

I'm still waiting on mine too, I trust its on its way though. Just incase, Jack, I sent you a reminder email Stuff gets in the way, I know how it is, the same thing is happening with my college applications. Which reminds me, crap, I need to get into college.

I still haven't gotten a reply to my emails, Jack. I hope its already in the mail, but I'd still like confirmation I have a tourney next weekend for which we've already exhausted the team's stock of backup markers.

Did he? Odd. I know he offered to ask about it in the RMA or in a note with the gun, but I told him that I would just contact you directly and that he shouldn't complicate things Silly Jerbear.
Oh well, it sounds like it will be taken care of for all of us thanks for the reply. How much cash, including shipping to MA, by Saturday at latest? Don't worry, I won't haggle with you this time , especially since its his money.
Thanks.
