What do you have to do to make it fit? Or is there a front block that fits without any modification at all?

he used a hack saw i tihnk is what he said. There is not front block that will fit the NME w/o modification. Because there is no front block specifically for the NME they are timmy front blocks, and the barb is in different position.
Anything with a metal cutting bit. ie hacksaw or dremel (things are freaking great) bit. More teeth per in the better. Going to be a smoother cut. Just make sure that you have something your gonna be able to be precise with. So no going and getting the sawz all and going at it. If you have a scroll or band saw (some do) u can get a metal cutting blade and thatlll work great.

on the aim front block you cut it on the middle of the trigger frame about where the trigger guard is atached to the frame you should cut at an angle so the hose has a place to go once you put the barb in

It depressurizes (for 1sec) after 4 or so shots. then it is fine.
