Element V2 Frame???
I have been looking to purchase an Element V2 frame for quite some time now. Although I have had no luck in finding one (in gloss black), I have heard a few rumors about them that I would like to have cleared up:
1. First of all, I have ehard that the ano jobs on them are of extremely poor quality. Is this tru for all frames? I mean, how can you mess up something as simple as gloss black/red etc.?
2. Second, I have been told that the only way to get one of these frames is to preorder one, which can take many months. Is this the only way to get one other than finding one in the b/s/t section?
3. Lastly, I was told that the V2 frame would not work with the Lucky Stage 5 body (which I have), or the Lucky Stage 4 board. Are all three compatible with eachother?
If anyone can answer any, preferably all, of my questions, that would be great.
Thanks!

1. Nope, not all are screwed. Mine was a nice anno job.
2. Pre-Orders are dead. You'll have to wait.
3. That's wrong, they will work together.

1) The annodizers who did the first batch did a horrible job. The second batch should be much different.
2) No longer preorders. The second batch should be for sale sometime in Novemeber I am guessing.
3) The stage 5 and Stage 4 will work with the frame.

1. Anno company was switched so all future frames should be fine. Only a few were messed up and not beyond repair i dont think.
2. Preorders can/will take a while. Not sure, but i htink they were stopped so either buy one in the b/s/t or wait until preorders start or they go on sale with a stocked quantity at element.
3. Not sure about this one as i dont own a v2 or s4/5 they should work, but if not you could always mill it to fit

QFT...Also, I asked the same question. "how can they screw up GLOSS BLACK?"
guess what, Absolute screwed up mine...it's mnot glossy...and there are a few blemishes...i'm still slamming my head on how they screwed up such a simple anno job.

I think they look amazing paired with a Stage 5. Go check out the Ion of the Month thread.

ive looked all through there, I dont think it looks good on anyhting. it seems too... long. I think the grip with that huge hump makes it stick out too far back. I hate humps too, looks really bad IMO

Well, considering they are selling for about $180 right now, then I would have to say yes.

i guess so...
im not dissin on element or anyhting. I actually love the V1s. Im trying to get ahold of one right now. If anyone has a V1 they are willing to sell. I really really want it. Otherwise I have to settle for the ANS frame.

If I were to buy a Sith frame would there be any problems with the parts I previosuly listed (mainly the issue of the board fitting)?
I saw a video of an ion w/ stage 5 using a stock grip frame. When he turned the marker, you could see through the gap between the body and grip. Would there be any gap with these parts?

There wouldnt be any issues. Also, that was luckys vid and the gap was because of a bent trigger frame.

So the v2 is really going to stop being for sale on preorder until around November?! I've been checking the website, and it never works when I go to it.
