Here's the finished post for screw sizes for the 05 Interceptor and the Remains as gauged with a Baker Screw Chek'r. I'm guessing that the main difference on the 06 Interceptor would be the eye cover screws, the extra trigger tension set screw and the MAC noid screws (if applicable). I have listed the screw information in the following order: the place used, the amount used and type, the size-threading x length.
05 Interceptor
Grip Panels- 4 Flat Head Socket (Allen) 8-32 x 3/8
Body/Frame/Ram- 4 Socket Head Cap Screws 4-40 x 1/4
Body/Frame- 1 Button Head Socket 8-32 x 3/8
Eye Covers- 2 Button Head Socket 4-40 x 1/4
Trigger Plate- 2 Flat Head Phillips 2-56 x 1/8
Trigger Adj. Front- 1 low Head Socket 6-32 x 3/8
Trigger Adj. Rear- 1 Set Socket 8-32 x 1/2
Trigger Switch- 2 Low Profile Partial Thread Phillips 2-56 x 5/8
Front Block- 1 Set Socket 10-32 x 5/16
Bolt- 1 Set Socket 10-32 x 1/2
Feedneck- 1 Socket 10-32 x 3/4
Humphrey Solenoid- 2 Low Profile Partial Thread Phillips 2-56 x 5/8

Yeah, I know this is old, but I'm allowed to do that with FAQ's
Anyone know if the '06 eye screws are 4-40 1/4" as well?
One of mine stripped out in the body, so I just bought some 4-40 3/8" to lock further down in the threading. I'm hoping this works...

Ill get back to you since I have and 06.
edit: This is an official confirmation!
The 06 eye cover screws are also 4-40's. Just installed a body screw into the eye screw spot. Yet comparing them side by side visually I would say otherwise, but it fits!

Actually, this screw size info has been up since the end of August, but has never made it into sticky/faq/help thread form.
