timmy problems

Okay here are the problems.

1.My frontblock is all wiggly when there is no air in the gun... I think someone put loctite in it
2.I ripped the head off of one of the screws on the plate thing on the frame.
3.the ram cap won't come off... tried a wrench, didn't come off, no air was in the gun.

I need to sell this gun and I don't want it to be broken, so I was wondering if it's worth sending in to a tech, or if I can just fix these problems myself. Thanks.

1) Open up the grip frame and tighten the screw next to the front block on the side.
2) Use an EZ-Off to remove the screw.
3) Put something on it to loosen up the cap and use a strap wrench to remove it.

It is a tool used to remove bolts and screws. I messed up on the name; it is called an EZ-Out.

Look here:

You should be able to purchase one at your local hardware store.
