Sidewinder leaking

i have a sidewinder that is leaking through the middle red body. it's leaking thru the bleed hole. i went on aka's website and read the manual but no luck. i replaced the orings on it twice. and yes i am adjusting the regulator correctly. if i back the set screw on the bottom all the way out it pretty much bleeds all the air out, but if i screw it in more the leak slows down but still leaks. even if the set screw in all the way it doens't hold any pressure unless i cover the hole. whats the problem?

I'm not sure, but maybe you need a new reg core. It's the part with the reg seat that you adjust in and out to change the velocity.

You are replacing both of the o-rings on the Sidewinder piston with the correct size *and* durometer, right? If not, I have some o-rings I can send over. They're buna (which I'm sure I'll hear about from someone at AKA), but they'll work.

If the reg core were bad, it would likely overpressurize. If it's not overpressurizing, he should be fine.
