No.... I did not scam you. I informed you on the occasion I receive your item I would pay for it. I have not received your item even until now, therefore I cannot pay you. I have struggled to contact you numerous amount of times on AIM on the location of my item, but you fail to answer me.

You also fail to mention that it is a broken item. You attempt to make the situation appear worse.

My belief is that you really have not even sent the ipod yet, or even had the ipod in your possession in the beginning. You were just looking for easy money. I told you from the beginning to get a tracking number. You even told me out-front at first you had a tracking number, but then you switched the answer to, "no my mom didn't get a tracking number". This leads me to believe that you are just a little kid that is being mischievous looking for trouble, as well as money. It is not my responsibility to MAKE SURE that you get a tracking number, but still I told you to get one.

Remove this negative feedback for I have not done anything wrong. Seeing these sudden measures proves that you are impatient. Again, I will pay you once I receive my item. For now this has not happened.

Edit:

Erm ... follow your parents to the post office ... or walk/ride/shuttle bus your way there. Everything that you said can be turned right back around into your direction. I don't think any given person would scam you of a broken ipod. You can contact the people on my feedback. I have a good reputation on my other forums. These forums im barely active on from all the bs that goes around. Something must have shipped wrong since i don't have the ipod yet, and you don't either. USPS can be slow at times, and might have even gotten lost on this rare occasion.

Again, as of now i do not have the ipod, and when i get it i will pay you the money. You can't say im never on aim since im on most of the time, you're just never on your computer.

So far i havn't given you negative feedback since i don't think you did anything wrong. I don't think i did anything wrong either.
