look in the faq's they are very informative.

take off your frame (should be simple enough)
then you need to remove your trey, by un screing the screw that holds it to the trigger frame, and, ta-da, the spring should be there
(word choice was very poor, i know, but, its almost 4am)

You don't even need to do that. When I need to get to the spring, I just remove the trigger, which is done through one set screw and a dowel pin. Now, you will have to back out your switch contact trigger adjustment screw, but it's easy enough to reset.
