Tanks

Howdy guys.

I have had my nerve for a while, but the tank I have always used is a simple 50/3000 wgp aluminum tank.

I really dont get more than about 600-700 shots with a single fill on this tank, so I'm looking to upgrade.

What do you guys think would be the best size and brand for this?

What I should say is, would a 68-3000 tank get me about 1000+ shots per fill? or should I go for something along the lines of a 68/4500 or more?

Go for a 4500, you'll be happier in the long run. I get 1400+ from my 68/45

Numbers from actual tests I've seen show that Crossfire and Pure Energy have the fastest recharge rates, I'd recommend either of those

I would go with the Guerrilla Air 68/45. I get about 1,100 shots per fill and I love it.

Crossfire, Maxflo Micro, then Pmi, in that order.

I agree with what the majority of people said on here. I would go with a crossfire tank as my first choice. 4500 is also the size I would get. I was reading an article the oter day about 3000psi tanks. And the number in front of it 45, 68 etc is about how many shots you can expect out of them. For example a 45/3000 should get you over 450, and a 68 tank should get you over 680. So if you get a 4500psi tank you will get more shots. I use a 45/4500 and I get anywhere from 700-850 shots. If you are used to a 68ci tank then get a Crossfire 68/4500 and you will get thousands of shots off of a full fill.

Correct. The general rule of thumb is that 68/3000=68x10, and 68/4500=68x15.
