NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
Well, about 2 weeks ago he agreed to purchase 40 reballs from me. He agreed to pay with a money order and I gave him my addy and he said he would send the money out soon. A few days ago I pm'd him to see what was taking so long as I still didnt get any money. I pm'd him 2 times asking what the hold up was...no response to either, even though he viewed them both. So on the third pm'd I threatened him with negative feedback (he replied right away now) and he tells me he cant get a ride to the post office to get a money order. Well first, he shouldnt be buying stuff if he cant get a money order to pay for it. Second he never contacted me saying that he couldnt get one,
I had to contact him for his slowness. Anyway he gives a bunch of excuses why he cant get to the post office, so I kindly offered him the chance to pay by cash. (Which I didnt have to do as in my ad I clearly stated money orders or cashier checks only). So he pm's me back saying he can pay via PayPal, knowing dang well that I wont accept PayPal, as I highlighted it in my ad that I wouldn't accept it (an excuse for him not to pay again). He never did mention anything about paying with cash, as he probably couldn't find an excuse to get around paying that way.
So it's 2 weeks later, no money, and it dosent look like he ever plans on paying. Sooo, I'm leaving him this big:

KID, he is one and he defenatly acts like one too. For those of you who might consider buying from him: If he cant even get to the Post Office how could he ever ship something out? He's 13 and to young to be buying crap on here, as he isnt mature enough yet to handle it.
