It's an Impulse thread. I don't remember the OD but I do remember that it is a -16DL (i.e. dual leads). It's mighty difficult to machine without a CNC lathe or a die due to indexing difficulties.

Edit: It's a 15/16-12 DL Barrel Threads

They are different. Intimidator ram sleeves take 3mm x 0.5mm threaded barbs (I believe) and 'cocker pneumatic barbs are either 6-40 (most comonly found on the 4-ways) or 10-32 (found on many aftermarket rams).

anyone know the thread size of gauges? or 90 degree macroline fittings? I believe they are the same size. also would stores like ace hardware or home depot carry them? or would they be special items that i need to order online? thanks a lot!

1/8"-27 NPT is the standard paintgun air fitting thread size. Usually your local hardware stores won't carry any of the (nice looking) fittings or smaller gauges - better off getting those items online.

yes...home depot sells 1/8-27 NPT taps...so will most hardware stores...but they may come in a kit and it will be your R drill bit if youve got a lettered drill bit set...but 11/32 works pretty ok its like 5 thou larger than the R which is the correct size...

Next question traccer barrel threads...any body know...i dont have a tracer barrel handy else id find out

For NPT threads I usually drill quite a bit over what the recommended size is. Since its cutting a taper the drill size is for full threads at the small taper end of the tap, which makes cutting cutting threads up to the full taper pretty tough. For 1/8"-27 NPT I usually use a 13/32 or so - makes cutting to almost a full taper (so gauges and air fittings sit deep in the part) a lot easier while retaining full threads.
